Frequently Asked Questions

The consignment process at Anna's Closet Consignment Boutique is simple. 

1. Read our Consignment Agreement.
2. Complete Pre-Application & check the Consignment Agreement Terms box after  reading the Consignment Agreement (located on our Home page).
3. Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email from us/ricoconsign with your consignor portal link including your login name and password link.
4. Input your Inventory with as much detail as possible, including sale prices
5. Our sales associate will then evaluate your items and determine if they meet our criteria. If they do,  your items will be put on display in our store. 
6. We will print your labels and attach them to your approved inventory (consignors are responsible for entering all inventory items prior to drop-off at Anna's Closet Consignment Boutique).*Please Note: $10.00 price tag fee will be due at each drop-off visit (refer to Consignment Agreement)
7. When your items sell, you will receive 55% of the final sale price minus $2.00 ETF fee for monthly payout.
8. Payments will be paid via ETF monthly at the end of each month (required, we do not offer check or cash payouts).

There are many benefits to consigning with Anna's Closet Consignment Boutique. First, you can earn money by selling your gently used items. Second, you don't have to worry about the hassle of selling your items yourself. We take care of everything for you. Third, you can feel good about giving your items a second life and keeping them out of landfills.

If your items do not sell within 90 days, we will contact you to see if you would like to pick them up or donate them to one of our partner charities. If you choose to donate your items, we will provide you with a tax receipt for your records.
